The account owner in Evolia holds the highest access and management privileges. If you need to transfer this responsibility to another employee, you can do so directly from the company settings. Follow the steps below to change the account owner in just a few clicks.
💡 Only the current owner can make this permission change to the account. If the person in this role has left your company, please ask another administrator to contact us at support@evolia.com for assistance with this modification. 💡
- Go to the Evolia web console
- Click on Settings
- Click on General Settings
- Scroll down to the Account Owner section and select the pencil icon
- Click on Choose new company owner
- Select the employee you want to assign as the new account owner
- Click on Save
