In Evolia, you can adjust the privacy settings for conversations to control the visibility and accessibility of discussions between team members.
This allows you to manage internal communications more effectively based on your organization’s needs. Here’s how to update these settings from the web console.

Go to the Evolia web console.

Click on the Settings icon.

Select General Settings.

Click on the Privacy section.

Scroll down to the Conversation Privacy Settings section and click the Hide Conversations toggle to enable or disable it.

Once this toggle is disabled, two additional options will appear. Select the ones you wish to enable or disable.
