Evolia’s staffing budget management tool ensures you create profitable schedules for every department in your business.
In addition to notifying your managers when they are about to exceed their budgets, this tool can automatically alert administrators if a cost overrun is anticipated.
- Open the Evolia Web console.
- Navigate to the Settings > Schedules and Constraints.
- Click on the Budgets Tracking tab
- Click Add a budget.
- Name this budget and define its parameters:
- Type (in value or in hours) and value
- Budget validity period
- Teams, positions and location to which the budget applies (a shift must meet these 3 elements to be included in the budget)
- Alerts in case of total or partial budget achievement.
- Click on Save.
