You can cancel your Evolia Business or Enterprise subscription at any time directly from the web console. Your account will remain active until your next billing date.
Once your subscription expires, your data will be temporarily stored, allowing you to reactivate your account later by subscribing again. Follow these steps to cancel your Evolia plan.

Open the Evolia Web Console.

Go to Settings > Billing.

Click on Cancel Subscription.

Click Confirm.
