Filters help limit the displayed information, allowing you to focus on specific aspects of your schedules.
You can apply filters to view only shifts for certain teams, positions, or locations, as well as for employees with a specific employment status or a selected employee list. Filters also apply to generated reports.
Note that filters apply to shifts, not employees. For example, if an employee works in two locations, filtering for one location will display only the shifts at that specific location.
- Open console.evolia.com.
- Go to the Schedule section.
- Open the Filters panel.
- Select the filters that match the information you want to display (you can filter by Teams, Positions, Locations, Members and Types).
- Close the Filters panel.
- To remove filters, simply uncheck them or click Reset filters.
