In Evolia, you can enhance an employee’s profile by adding internal notes or uploading important documents such as contracts, forms, or evaluations. This helps centralize key information in one convenient location. Here’s how to do it from the web console.

Open the Evolia Web Console.

Go to the Employees tab.

Search for or navigate to the employee.

Click on the employee’s name to open their profile.

Click on Notes and Documents.

Click the “+” next to Notes to add a note.

Enter the text of your note.

Click Confirm.

To add an attachment, click on the “+” next to Attachments.
