In Evolia, assigning one or more positions to an employee helps define the roles they are eligible for in the schedule and ensures more accurate task assignments. You can update these positions directly from the employee’s profile. Here’s how.

Go to the Evolia web console.

Navigate to the Employees section.

Select the desired employee.

Click on the Associations tab.

In the Positions section, click the pencil icon.

Select the desired positions.
- Specify the date of change, if necessary.

Click Save to apply the changes to the employee’s profile.
