The basic information in an employee's file includes their contact details, employment status, salary, various parameters related to the shifts they may be offered, emergency contacts, and any custom fields created by your company.
A manager can edit all the information in an employee's profile, except for login details. The employee, on the other hand, can view the basic information of their profile.
- Open the Evolia Web Console.
- Select the Employees tab.
- Search for or navigate to the employee.
- Click on the employee's name to open their profile.
- Click on Information.
Make the desired changes.
- Click the purple checkmark or Save to confirm your changes.
