Your profile gathers information from your employee file. It includes your contact details, the teams, roles, and locations where you can work, your notification preferences, your leave bank balances, your availabilities, and more.
The displayed information depends on the settings chosen by your employer, and many of these details can only be edited by your manager.
However, you can update your contact details, availabilities, and communication preferences, including your preferred language.
Mobile App
- Open the Evolia app on your mobile device.
- Tap the account icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Select My Profile to access your personal information.
- Scroll down on this screen to correct any inaccurate information.
💡Tip: From the My Profile screen, you can access your availabilities, expenses, leave requests, and timesheet. The fastest way to reach one of these sections is through your dashboard. - Tap the Preferences tab to adjust your communication and notification settings.
Web Console
- Open the Evolia Web Console.
- Click on the profile icon, then select My Profile.
- From this screen, you can correct any inaccurate information.
💡Tip: From your employee file on the web, you can access your availability, communication, and notification settings, as well as your general and contact information.
