How to set up multi-factor authentication as an employee

To enhance the security of your Evolia account, multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of protection when logging in.

Once activated by the account administrator, you will need to set up this security feature by choosing between email or text message verification. Follow the steps below to complete the setup and secure your access to Evolia.

1. Go to the Evolia web console.
2. Evolia will notify you once multifactor authentication has been activated.
   Click on Set it up now.
3. Choose between multifactor authentication via email or text message.
4. Enter the verification code to complete the setup.
