An open shift is an available shift your manager offers to the team. You can claim it from the mobile app.
Claim an open shift
- In the app, select Available open shifts in the dashboard.
- Browse the available shifts and tap the one that interests you to see the details.
- Show your interest (or decline directly from the list).
- Confirm and leave a comment if needed.
💡 The comment is a good way to tell your manager you can only take part of a shift.
💡 Some open shifts don't require approval: it's first come, first served. Otherwise, the management team approves, and updates reach you by push notification and/or email.
