Swap a shift

You can swap one of your shifts with a coworker, from the mobile app or the web console. Depending on your company's configuration, your manager's approval may be required.

Propose a swap (from the mobile app)

1. In the app, select the shift you want to swap.
2. Choose Swap shift with coworker.
3. Add a reason if needed, scroll down, select the coworker shifts you'd want to swap for, then confirm.
4. Your manager's approval may be required. Once approved, invitations are sent to your coworkers.

Respond to a swap invitation

1. Tap Shift swaps in the dashboard (or open the request from the Requests section).
2. Select the shift to display the details of the swap.
3. Choose the shift you'd like to swap with, then tap Answer.
4. Confirm the swap. If approval is required, everyone is notified once the manager makes the final decision.
