How to enable the mobile time clock?

Evolia’s mobile punch is a simple and efficient way to ensure employees are at work without investing a fortune in physical time clock systems that employees dislike using.

Additionally, our GPS validation feature allows you to verify that employees were on-site when they punched in, even if you’re not there yourself.

To enable Evolia’s mobile punch and GPS validation:

1. Open the Evolia Web Console.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Click on Time & Attendance.

4. Enable Mobile Time Clock.

5. To set up GPS validation for your workplace, click on the pencil icon next to a location.
6. Enter the address of the location.
7. Ensure the pin is correctly placed on the map (move it if necessary) and set the radius within which employees are allowed to punch in.
8. Click Save.
9. Click on the three-dot menu to the right of the location.
10. Click Enable GPS Validation (you can also click the button labeled "No" to enable GPS validation).
11. Repeat for all locations.

💡 Note: You may want to slightly expand the GPS radius, as not all phones have the same geolocation capabilities, and GPS accuracy can vary. 💡
