Evolia’s mobile punch is a simple and efficient way to ensure employees are at work without investing a fortune in physical time clock systems that employees dislike using.
Additionally, our GPS validation feature allows you to verify that employees were on-site when they punched in, even if you’re not there yourself.
To enable Evolia’s mobile punch and GPS validation:
- Open the Evolia Web Console.
- Go to Settings.
- Click on Time & Attendance.

Enable Mobile Time Clock.
- To set up GPS validation for your workplace, click on the pencil icon next to a location.
- Enter the address of the location.
- Ensure the pin is correctly placed on the map (move it if necessary) and set the radius within which employees are allowed to punch in.
- Click Save.
- Click on the three-dot menu to the right of the location.
- Click Enable GPS Validation (you can also click the button labeled "No" to enable GPS validation).
- Repeat for all locations.
💡 Note: You may want to slightly expand the GPS radius, as not all phones have the same geolocation capabilities, and GPS accuracy can vary. 💡
