In Evolia, you can add specific time entry settings to tailor punch management to your needs. This feature allows you to configure custom rules based on teams, positions, and work locations. Here’s how to add a specific time entry setting.
- Go to the Evolia Web Console.
- Click on the Settings icon.
- Select Time and Attendance.

Go to the Smart Time Clock Setting section.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Add new setting.
- Click on Division if available, and select one.
- Click on the Team bar and select a team.
- Click on the Position bar and select a position.
- Click on the Location bar and select a location.
- Click on Next.
- Select the desired settings and click on Save.
