If an employee returns to active status in your company, you can easily reactivate their profile in Evolia without having to recreate it. This ensures all historical data—such as schedules, timesheets, and leave balances—are preserved. Here’s how to reactivate an inactive employee.

Open the Evolia Web Console.

Go to the Employees tab.

Click on the Inactive tab.

Search for or navigate to the relevant employee.

On the far right of the employee’s row, click the three dots to open the menu.

Click Activate.
- Click on Confirm.
