By customizing your availability, you can limit the number of shifts and replacements offered to you.
If your manager adds an open shift, and you are qualified but unavailable at that time, Evolia will not invite you to take it.
However, you will still be able to view proposed shifts during your unavailable times in case you change your mind.
You can set your availability by day (e.g., every Monday) or for specific dates (e.g., Monday, October 2).
How to Customize Your Availability:
-
Go to the Evolia Web Console
-
Click on your Profile Picture in the top-right corner.
- Click on My Profile.
Default Availability:
- Click on Availability.
- Click the "+" button.
- Enter a title for your availability change.
- Select the start date for your changes. If the changes are temporary, set an end date, after which your availability will revert to the current setting.
- Select the frequency of your availability.
- Check all the days you are available to work.
- If you’re only available for part of the day, uncheck All day and input the specific hours you’re available.
- Optionally, click the heart icon next to preferred working hours to indicate your preference for shift assignments.
- If necessary, leave a note for your manager.
- Click Next.
- Input the minimum and maximum hours you want to work per week and adjust any other desired settings.
- Click Save.
Note: If availability changes require approval, your changes won’t take effect until your manager approves them.
For Fixed-Date Availability or Unavailability:
- In the Availability panel, click the "+" next to Exceptions.
- Select the date(s) you will be available or unavailable.
- Check the box if you will be available on these dates.
- If you’re only available for part of the day, uncheck All day and enter the specific hours.
- Click Save.
