This is how you add a custom availability rule for one or more specific team(s) on Evolia.
Audience: Administrator
1. Navigate to console.evolia.com
2. Click on the Company settings icon.
3. Select Schedules and Availability.
4. Go into Availability Settings.
5. Click on Add a Rule.
6. Click on the Select a team bar.
7. Select the team of your choice.
8. Click Next.
9. Select the desired settings.
10. Click on Save.
